Why are some galleries passworded?
At the request of some event organisers, to provide more privacy and security for competitors, you will need to enter the correct password to access the galleries for these events. If you have misplaced the password to your event, please contact us. How much does it cost to get X prints sent to X?
Shipping is a flat $4.95 no matter how many prints you order. Specialty and international orders may attract a higher shipping charge.
How long does it take to get my prints?
For orders shipping within Australia, you should expect to receive your prints within 3-5 working days. Poster prints and canvas may take longer, we will contact you if there is a delay.
How long will my prints last for? If properly cared for, your prints will last up to 250 years! We recommend you store your prints in an air-tight container out of direct sunlight, or displayed behind glass to ensure maximum longevity.
I can't see a menu on the left of the site? You need to have javascript enabled in your browser to see the menu correctly. Check your browser's tools or options to make sure it is enabled.
I can't see any of the new site updates? Your browser may need to be refreshed to ensure all updates are displayed properly. Simply hit refresh on your toolbar, or press F5!
Can I pay by credit card instead of PayPal? Yes, we use paypal to accept credit card transactions as well as paypal payments. Simply choose the paypal payment option and you will be given the option to pay by credit card.
Are there watermarks in the photos I order? No, the full size photos and prints contain NO watermarks.
Do I need a promo code to make a purchase? No, you can leave this field blank. If you have a code, please enter it to ensure you receive your discount.
What format are the digital negatives in? All 7 Photography photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis? Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.
Can I submit photos to sell? Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by 7 Photography and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.
Do you offer refunds? We strive to maintain the highest quality print standards, so if your photos are not what you expected, please contact us as soon as possible!
Are there any restrictions on my use of the 7 Photography photos? Yes. While 7 Photography offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, our photos are primarily for personal use only. We do not allow the redistribution or reprinting of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. If you wish to use a photo for commercial or display purposes, please contact us.
